Zenric Digital is a performance marketing agency offering services including Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, SEO, and website development for local businesses and growing brands.

The Free Marketing Plan And Consultation Call

We offer a free 30-minute consultation call and a custom marketing plan based on that conversation. This is provided as a courtesy to understand whether we're a good fit to work together, and does not create any contractual obligation on either side. Booking a call or receiving a marketing plan doesn't obligate you to become a client, and doesn't obligate us to accept you as a client.

No Guarantee Of Results

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, your offer, pricing, and platform policy changes. While we work to deliver strong results based on our experience, we do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to a specific number of leads, a specific cost per lead, a specific return on ad spend, or a specific ranking position for SEO.

Client Engagements

If you engage us for ongoing services, the specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and terms of that engagement will be outlined separately in a proposal, agreement, or invoice. Where anything in a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement takes priority.

We do not lock clients into long-term contracts. Either party may end an ongoing engagement as outlined in the specific service agreement provided at the time of engagement.

Payments

Fees for any services are agreed upon separately before work begins. Any advertising spend (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads budgets) is separate from our management fees and is paid directly to the relevant advertising platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Zenric Digital unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

Third-Party Links And Tools

Our Site may link to or use third-party tools and platforms, such as scheduling software, form providers, or video hosting. We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
